To place a Custom Cake Order, a minimum of a Two Week Advance Notice is required.
Please know that there are occasions when we are fully booked and to avoid compromising the quality of our Product we may not be able to Accept your requested order.
A 50% Deposit is required to Lock in your Order, no Exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: We may cancel your order and provide Store Credit if cancellation is made with more or within a one week notice. No Monetary Refund, In Store Credit.
If Cancellation is made within the week of your order, NO STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED. We understand that there may be unevitable circumstances, However please know that we invest in labor, ingredients and materials needed for your order.
Arrangements can be made with the Bakery to properly store your order for a later pickup date, depending on the item.
